Physical Education

Students will have physical education each day.  Students will learn sports skills, sportsmanship, and how to live a healthy and active lifestyle. Included in that P.E. time is 10-15 minutes of quiet meditation. Research shows that teaching children the art of meditation lowers stress levels, allows for better concentration, and assists children in dealing with emotions. This quiet time also allows for students to be still, pray, and think on the blessings of the day.
